All orders will be shipped from our store in Antwerp. All parcels will be shipped on the same day or the next possible day. We only use GLS (within Europe) UPS (worldwide) which guarantee a fast and reliable service. However, in rare cases there can be delays on account of the courier which we have no control over.

Duties and Taxes
Our packages are shipped in such a way that no customs or duty fees are charged on the customer's end. Nevertheless, please note that in rare cases as a customer you might be subjected to small local taxes specific to your delivery address that won’t be covered by us. If you are in a EU member country it’s guaranteed that you do not have to pay any customs whatsoever.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final - A majority of our products are highly price reduced second hand products which means that a examination with regard to a return in compliance with the rules cannot be guaranteed. That is why our products are non refundable / exchangeable. The buyer is not entitled to return goods to us. Every item has high quality pictures including on body photos. Furthermore we give detailed measurements and fit descriptions. We advise you to examine those carefully before buying. Exceptions to this are possible.
